Yanmar

In 1989 Ammann entered into a joint venture with Yanmar to produce mini excavators from a factory in Saint-Dizier France. Operating from a centrally located Head Office close to Stratford–upon Avon, Warwickshire, offering the backup you would expect from a world leader.

In 1995 the acquisition of Rammax added the specialist range of Trench Rollers to the portfolio.

Yanmar one of top 3 European leaders in the mini-excavator market through its daring commercial and industrial policy.

Today the Saint-Dizier plant designs and produces 18 models of conventional mini-excavators or Zero Tail Swing excavators (ViO).

The rest of the ranges, including 3 Tracked dumpers are supplied by Yanmar directly from Japan.
