Kattrak was founded in 2005.
Based in North Ayrshire, South West Scotland, we specialise in hire and sales of tracked dumpers, from 0.5 ton to 12 ton capacity, and also adapt tracked units to carry such attachments as hiabs and fence post chappers.
We are able to supply machines throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK, mainly self drive, but operators can be sourced for certain jobs. We also have a range of excavators on the hire fleet from 1t to 14t which can be supplied self drive or with operators
The business has expanded over the years and we now offer a parts and repair service. We can supply tracks for all machines and spare parts for Yanmar, Canycom and Ausa machinery.
We are the Scottish dealers for Yanmar, and Canycom. The Yanmar brand is particularly well known especially for producing a quality range of Tracked Dumpers, with their engines being amongst the most reliable on the market. In addition Excavators and compaction machinery are also supplied by Yanmar.
Canycom may not be quite as well known however they are a long established company and have been at the top end of the Japanese market for a number of years. Their range includes rubber tracked dumpers, supplied with Kubota engines as well as an extensive range of brushcutting equipment. Such is their quality that Ausa purchased several Canycom machines for the UK market. We can supply parts for any Ausa/Canycom machine and are happy to accept enquiries for all models
